Duties Prepare molds and formwork for wetcast concrete products, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and other machinery to handle materials safely and efficiently Mix, pour, and finish wetcast concrete according to specified procedures and project requirements Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to assemble forms, repair molds, or modify components as needed Conduct materials handling tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting raw materials and finished products within the warehouse or production area Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to ensure optimal operation and safety compliance Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of production, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Skills Proficiency in operating forklifts and heavy equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency Strong mechanical knowledge related to fabrication, machining, and maintenance of tools and machinery Experience with construction or manufacturing environments involving materials handling and assembly processes Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other fabrication tools for assembly or repairs Knowledge of millwork techniques relevant to precast concrete mold creation and finishing processes Warehouse experience including inventory management, shipping/receiving procedures, and organization skills Ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints related to precast concrete forms and components This role is paid — we value every contribution you make!
