White Glove Delivery Driver / Furniture Delivery Professional Philadelphia Suburbs, PA A well-established luxury home furnishings company in the Philadelphia suburbs is seeking a dependable, professional, and service-oriented White Glove Delivery Driver to join our delivery team. This role is about far more than simply delivering furniture. We are looking for someone who understands the importance of creating an exceptional client experience inside customers' homes. The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in providing high-touch service while representing a luxury brand. Our delivery team serves as an extension of the showroom experience, and we are seeking individuals who combine physical capability with exceptional customer service, professionalism, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities Deliver and place luxury furniture and home furnishings in client homes using white-glove service standards Provide exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the delivery experience Safely load, unload, transport, and maneuver furniture, rugs, mattresses, and accessories Ensure furniture is properly placed, assembled when necessary, and positioned according to client expectations Protect client homes and merchandise during all deliveries and installations Resolve minor issues in the field calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive client experience Assist with delivery preparation, truck organization, and warehouse support as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional delivery environment Support overall team operations and help ensure successful daily delivery schedules Qualifications Prior furniture delivery or white-glove delivery experience preferred Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills required Professional demeanor and ability to work respectfully within luxury residential environments Strong attention to detail and solutions-oriented mindset Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy furniture throughout the workday Experience operating a 22-26 ft. box truck preferred (no CDL required) Valid driver's license and clean driving record required Must be able to pass a background check and meet driving eligibility requirements Schedule & Travel Full-time position Tuesday through Saturday, approximately 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Regional travel throughout the greater Philadelphia area and surrounding markets Occasional overnight travel may be required to support special installations or deliveries About the Role This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and values being part of a collaborative team environment.
