Wholesale & Operations Intern We are seeking a highly organized, resourceful, and hands-on intern to support the daily operations of a growing luxury apparel brand based in New York City. This role is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of fashion, wholesale, merchandising, and operations, and who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment. This is an unpaid, educational internship position. Responsibilities Assist with wholesale market appointments, showroom setup, and buyer preparation Support inventory management, stock counts, and product organization Maintain accurate inventory and operational data across ApparelMagic and Shopify Assist with order processing, fulfillment coordination, and logistics Build and maintain organized spreadsheets, reports, and operational documents Support daily business operations and special projects as needed Help ensure smooth execution across sales, inventory, and administrative workflows Qualifications Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills Comfortable working with numbers, inventory systems, and operational processes Familiarity with Shopify and ApparelMagic preferred Ability to multitask and adapt within a growing company environment Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to be hands-on Interest in luxury fashion, wholesale, and brand operations Details Internship position (part-time or full-time) Based in New York City Opportunity for growth within the company
