In between calls, you will multitask whileworkingonvarious types of projects,including: general mailings; downloading, printing, and scanning large-format plans; printing and distributing project status reports; and filing. Strive to become an instrumental team member by identifying ways to make the department run more efficiently. Work alongside customers and members at all levels of the organization by providing top-notch customer service. You will be challenged to excel beyond your expectations in a team-oriented environment.
How you will contribute:
You will have the opportunity to work with a team of talented receptionists who showcase strong customer service skills while providing phone coverage for all of our Ahern offices. In addition, you willprocess and distributemail and UPS for our Fond du Lac offices.In between calls, you will multitask whileworkingonvarious types of projects,including: general mailings; downloading, printing, and scanning large-format plans; printing and distributing project status reports; and filing. What you need to qualify:
One to three years of administrative work experience is preferred. Being proficient in Microsoft Office and technically inclined to learn industry-specific software will be essential. You can stand out above other candidates by demonstrating the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills, and being able to execute tasks with a great amount of detail will be crucial.
