SUMMARY Under the general direction of the Quality and Compliance Manager, the Quality Coordinator is responsible for monitoring, coordinating, and sustaining systemic parameters to streamline and maximize the overall quality and efficiency of quality operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Support operational execution with coordination and follow-up of quality deliverables, including deviations, waivers, requests for documentation, and customer inquiries. Coordinates and schedules source inspection activities within internal and external individuals. Supports physical quality inspection activities, including data management. Assist in the monitoring and execution of data collection plans. Monitor and track information within spreadsheets and databases, as well as action item commitments and due dates, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely completion of commitments and activities while achieving high levels of quality performance. Support data flow and identification on area continuous improvement boards. Support kaizen activities and related activities. Support manufacturing operations, including quality trending and data analysis, and assist with containment initiatives. Contributes to team effort in a collaborative and supportive manner. Maintains clean, organized work environment and adheres to all safety standards, procedures, and regulations. Adheres to all factory safety procedures and guidelines. •Other duties as required in support of the department and the company•

EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. One (1) year of relevant quality or manufacturing experience.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Conversational in any other language is a plus.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic arithmetic: add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, decimals, and percentages.
Basic algebra:
The ability to manipulate symbols and equations to find unknown values, express relationships, and model situations.
Basic Geometry:
The ability to understand and work with shapes, angles, lines, and planes.
JOB SKILLS
Knowledge of ERP systems, SAP preferred. Demonstrates good judgment and decision-making skills. Proficient in MS Office Experience within the Aerospace Industry with exposure to AS9100 and FAA regulations preferred. Outstanding organizational skills and experience with managing multiple deadlines at once. Strong technical skills include the ability to read and understand technical drawings. Proficient in communicating information to individuals and groups in both written and presentation form. Ability to be flexible and able to function comfortably in a fast paced, constantly changing, and ambiguous environment while maintaining a positive team environment. Reliable and flexible to work additional hours on short notice to complete orders and/or special projects to meet customer demands. A team player that can relate to people at all levels of the organization and possesses excellent communication skills with high ethical standards and a positive professional image.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
As part of their job duties, the employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk throughout the day while frequently using their hands to handle objects and communicate verbally. Additionally, they may need to reach, stretch, push, pull, crouch, stoop, and occasionally lift objects weighing up to fifty (50) pounds. This role requires specific vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
