You will primarily be in charge of creating and maintaining online stores, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish, while working with a team to help create online stores. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities Manage Online Stores:

Build and manage online stores for various companies, including uploading products and keeping them up-to-date.

Process and Fulfill Orders:

Review incoming orders and send them to the ordering team for fulfillment. Be a

Customer Champion:

Help our customers and team by answering questions and providing excellent service.

Keep Things Organized:

Manage order details and inventory to make sure everything is accurate and on track.

Problem-Solve:

Troubleshoot issues with orders or inventory, working with vendors and team members to find solutions.

Skills Mathematical Skills:

Ability to apply basic math concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, as well as percentages and ratios, to practical workplace situations.

Language Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, interpret, and convey information clearly in professional settings.

Computer Skills:

Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and comfortable learning new programs and systems as needed.

Reasoning Ability:

Capable of analyzing problems, identifying solutions, and applying sound judgment in a variety of situations. Education and/or

Experience Required:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Preferred:

At least one year of customer service experience, though we will consider less experienced candidates if they are the right fit. Additional experience or education in accounting, inventory control, or a related field is a plus. An associate's degree in business management, finance, inventory, or related field is also preferred.

Pay Salary:

$40k to 50k (Negotiable depending on experience)

Pay:
