Contract Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Windchill Administrator / Systems Administrator to support and maintain enterprise applications in a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Windchill (PLM) and exposure to MasterControl (QMS), along with excellent troubleshooting and ticket management skills. This is a highly operational, fast-paced support role requiring end-to-end ownership of issues, backend system administration, and direct interaction with business users. Key Responsibilities Manage and resolve support tickets from investigation through closure Perform backend administration tasks including user access management, data corrections, and system updates Troubleshoot login issues, system crashes, stuck queues, and application performance problems Monitor and restart systems when required while identifying root causes Generate reports and support operational workflows within regulated systems Communicate with end users to gather issue details, provide updates, and confirm resolutions Ensure all system changes follow compliance and regulatory procedures Work independently to analyze and resolve technical issues without escalation Required Skills Strong experience in system administration and application support Hands-on experience with Windchill PLM administration/support Experience supporting regulated enterprise systems such as PLM/QMS environments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities Experience managing ticket-based support environments Knowledge of user access management, backend data updates, and system monitoring Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with MasterControl QMS Experience in regulated industries such as Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, or Automotive Exposure to compliance-driven operational processes Prior experience supporting enterprise applications in onsite environments Work Environment Full-time onsite role Fast-paced operational support environment Hands-on support involving direct system access and backend fixes Collaborative interaction with IT teams, operations, and business usersSimilar remote jobs
