Window Cleaner

Overview I want you to know that I personally am scaling a huge company. Im looking for someone that is not only great at hard work, in shape, respectful and if you can be a great team member I want you to be a future manager to help me scale! Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of windows, glass facades, and other reflective surfaces using appropriate tools and techniques Operate specialized equipment such as scissor lifts safely to access high or hard-to-reach windows Follow established safety protocols to prevent accidents during elevated work or when handling cleaning chemicals Use professional cleaning supplies and equipment to achieve streak-free, spotless results Conduct routine inspections to identify areas needing extra attention or maintenance Collaborate with team members to complete large-scale commercial cleaning projects efficiently Maintain detailed records of completed work, safety checks, and equipment usage Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience, particularly in commercial cleaning environments, is highly desirable Hands-on experience with window cleaning techniques and equipment operation Familiarity with working at heights using scissor lifts or similar elevated platforms Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling cleaning chemicals Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results Ability to follow instructions carefully while working independently or as part of a team Embark on a rewarding career where your skills in window cleaning make a visible difference!
