Window Cleaner / Exterior Cleaning Technician

In this role, you'll help clean and maintain residential and commercial properties throughout Santa Cruz County, making homes and businesses look their best while working in a fun, active outdoor environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, being outside, and learning valuable skills in professional exterior cleaning. •Experience with ladders and working at heights is preferred.• Duties Perform residential and commercial window cleaning using professional tools and techniques Safely use ladders and other equipment to access windows and exterior surfaces Clean screens, tracks, skylights, solar panels, gutters, and exterior glass surfaces Assist with pressure washing, soft washing, cobweb removal, and other exterior cleaning services Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment Communicate professionally with clients and team members on job sites Maintain equipment, towels, and tools in clean and organized condition Report any damages, safety concerns, or job-related issues promptly Help maintain high-quality work standards and attention to detail on every job Skills Experience with window cleaning or exterior cleaning is a plus but not required Comfortable working on ladders and not afraid of heights Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and pride in quality work Physical ability to lift equipment and work outdoors for extended periods Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team Valid driver's license preferred Pay & Schedule Starting pay: $25/hour Opportunity for raises and more hours based on performance Part-time with potential for full-time growth Flexible schedule depending on workload and season Join a local company that values good people, hard work, and creating a positive experience for our clients and team!
