Window Cleaning Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Cleaning Specialist to join our dynamic cleaning team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across commercial and high-rise buildings, ensuring a pristine appearance that enhances the overall environment. Your expertise in cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment operation will contribute to delivering outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of interior and exterior windows on various building types, including high-rise structures using appropriate safety equipment. Operate scissor lifts, ladders, and other access equipment safely to reach elevated windows. Use professional cleaning solutions, squeegees, scrubbers, and other tools to remove dirt, grime, and streaks from glass surfaces. Follow established safety protocols to ensure personal safety and that of team members during all cleaning activities. Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify additional cleaning needs or potential hazards. Maintain cleanliness of all equipment and supplies; report any maintenance issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to complete jobs efficiently while upholding high standards of quality. Requirements Proven experience in commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services with a focus on window cleaning preferred. Ability to operate scissor lifts and other access equipment safely; certification is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, including the use of professional-grade cleaning products. Prior experience working at heights or with elevated access equipment is desirable. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering streak-free, spotless windows. Ability to follow safety guidelines rigorously and work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Physical stamina to stand, climb ladders or lifts, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the day.
