Window Cleaning Technician

Window Wizards is one of the fastest-growing home service companies in the Upper Valley serving high-end residential and commercial clients throughout the area. We are hiring hard-working technicians who want to be paid based on performance, not hours. Technicians earn a percentage of each job completed. The more efficient and customer-focused you are, the more you earn. Top performers regularly make $300-$500+ per day. This is a fulltime position. Pay & Perks Performance Pay Receive 100% of all tips Additional bonuses based on performance Weekly Pay Full-time Paid training Professional vehicles, equipment, and systems provided Clear expectations, organized schedules, and strong leadership Opportunity for advancement 4×10 schedule (four 10-hour days) Three-day weekends Saturdays may be required What You'll Be Doing Cleaning residential and commercial windows (interior & exterior) Performing ladder work safely and confidently Completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high quality Communicating professionally with homeowners Representing the Window Wizards brand on every job Driving a company vehicle daily to homes in the Upper Valley Required Experience & Skills Prior blue-collar or physical work experience required Comfortable with physical labor and working outdoors Strong customer service and people skills Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders Window cleaning experience is not required - training is provided This position is ideal for someone who: Is ambitious and wants pay tied directly to effort and results Takes pride in physical work done right Enjoys interacting with customers and building trust Wants a career path, not just a job Season & Growth This is a full-time position running until December. We are actively expanding into year-round services and our goal is to keep strong performers employed through the winter — but we want to be upfront that winter hours are not yet guaranteed.
