Shift:

7:00-8:00 AM start to 3:30-4:00 PM finish (overtime as needed during projects). End times may vary based on daily project requirements.

Pay Range:

Position Overview:

We are seeking Window & Door Installers . This role primarily involves precision installation in commercial and residential environments , along with general mechanical and carpentry work. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, dependable, and team-oriented professionals with a proven track record in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Install glass doors, windows, and associated framing with precision and attention to detail. Work effectively with a crew in commercial settings to meet project deadlines. Perform physical labor, including lifting and moving items weighing 30-100 lbs. Operate hand tools, power tools, and other specialized equipment safely and efficiently. Travel to various project locations as required.

Qualifications:

Proven installation experience in commercial or residential settings. Strong carpentry skills and general mechanical aptitude. Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, standing, and outdoor tasks. Familiarity with tools and willingness to learn new equipment as needed. Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments. Must be willing to travel for installations throughout Michigan including Whitmore Lake and Dearborn, MI.
