Operate pressure washers safely to remove dirt, grime, mold, and algae from building exteriors, sidewalks, decks, and other surfaces. Use ladders to access hard-to-reach areas safely and efficiently. Follow safety protocols at all times when handling cleaning chemicals and operating equipment. Conduct thorough inspections before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain all cleaning tools and equipment in excellent condition for optimal performance. Requirements Past pressure washing or window cleaning experience is not required but would be great. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment as needed. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Valid driver's license preferred for transporting equipment or accessing job sites. Willingness to learn safety procedures related to elevated work platforms and chemical handling.
