Duties Oversee daily tasting room operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and knowledgeable service Manage wine club memberships, including sign-ups, renewals, and member communications to foster loyalty and engagement Lead staff training on wine knowledge, service standards, POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS), and food handling procedures Coordinate event planning for tastings, private tours, and special occasions to enhance guest experiences Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, process payments, and maintain detailed financial records Maintain inventory control of wine selections, tasting supplies, and retail merchandise to ensure optimal stock levels Supervise team members during shifts, providing guidance on customer service excellence and operational procedures Experience Proven management experience in hospitality or food service environments with supervisory responsibilities Extensive background in restaurant management, fine dining or casual dining settings with exposure to food preparation and food safety standards Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for sales processing and inventory tracking Strong customer service skills with experience in staff training, team management, and supervising fast-paced environments Knowledge of the wine industry or beverage service is highly preferred; culinary or catering experience is a plus Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately, manage shift operations efficiently, and oversee inventory control processes Experience in hospitality management roles within hotel or resort settings is advantageous Join us to lead an exciting journey in the world of wine hospitality!
