Paradise Ridge Winery Wine Club Coordinator - Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The Wine Club Coordinator is responsible for supporting and growing the Paradise Ridge Winery wine club through exceptional member service, proactive communication, and seamless execution of club operations. This role serves as a key connection between the winery and our members, ensuring a welcoming and personalized experience both in person and through phone and email correspondence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, passionate about wine and hospitality, and thrives in a fast-paced team environment. This position reports directly to the General Manager.
CORE COMPETENCIES
Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally represent the Paradise Ridge brand. Organization & Attention to Detail Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, club releases, and member requests efficiently and accurately. Teamwork Works collaboratively with tasting room staff, management, and other departments to support winery goals. Customer Service Provides exceptional hospitality and builds lasting relationships with wine club members and guests. Adaptability Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adjusting priorities based on business needs. Accountability & Integrity Demonstrates professionalism, reliability, and confidentiality in all interactions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Wine Club Operations Coordinate all aspects of wine club releases and shipments Manage club member accounts, updates, billing, and order processing Create and send wine club communications including release emails, pickup reminders, and member updates Maintain accurate member records within CRM systems Assist in developing strategies to improve member retention and club growth Proactively promote club memberships and upsell wine purchases Monitor wine club inventory allocations and assist with release planning Support wine club pickup events and member experiences Member & Guest Experience Provide outstanding service to wine club members in person, over the phone, and via email Assist with hosting tastings and club member experiences when needed Build strong relationships with guests and encourage wine club sign-ups Help create a welcoming and elevated hospitality environment Tasting Room Support Support daily tasting room operations as needed Assist with reservations, phone inquiries, and guest communications Maintain knowledge of current wines, promotions, and winery events Attend winery events, trainings, and offsite tastings when required Administrative Duties Utilize Commerce7, RedChirp, and POS systems effectively Prepare reports and assist with tracking wine club performance metrics Maintain organization of club materials and shipping records Collaborate with management on projects and operational improvements
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous hospitality, wine club, or winery experience a must Passion for wine and hospitality Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience with CRM and POS systems preferred (Commerce7, RedChirp) Experience with Vinoshipper a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook Ability to work independently and within a team environment Flexible availability including weekends and winery events Must be at least 21 years old Valid California Driver's License and reliable transportation preferred
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and move up to 45 lbs Ability to assist with event setup, stocking wine, and maintaining hospitality spaces

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
2+ years of hospitality, wine club, or customer service experience preferred Winery and direct-to-consumer sales experience is a plus
