Responsibilities:

Assemble and test wire harnesses and thermocouples to meet strict quality standards. Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate assembly. Utilize precision tools and equipment for wire cutting, stripping, and termination. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards. Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding quality and safety.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred. Proven experience in wire harness assembly and thermocouple manufacturing. Strong understanding of electrical components and wiring techniques. Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
