Job Description:

Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end wireless network deployment projects including macro and small cell integration, activation, and acceptance activities. Coordinate with RF, transport, fiber, construction, and integration teams to ensure successful LTE/5G site deployment and on-air integration. Troubleshoot network element issues and drive rapid resolution through collaboration with internal engineering teams and external vendors. Support LTE/5G network integration activities including site readiness, alarm troubleshooting, and activation coordination. Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and issue escalations across multiple concurrent network deployment projects. Work closely with field operations, NOC, and engineering teams to ensure smooth execution of carrier deployment programs. Manage fiber/backhaul readiness and coordinate integration activities for new and modified cell sites. Maintain detailed project documentation, status reporting, issue logs, and deployment trackers. Identify recurring operational issues and drive long-term process improvements and resolution strategies. Ensure projects meet carrier standards, timelines, quality requirements, and integration acceptance criteria.
