Job Description

A&Z Strategies is a sales and development firm based in Carmichael, California. Due to the new acquisition between Frontier Communications and Verizon, we've been tasked to develop and execute relationship-driven sales strategies that expand our client's footprint throughout the Sacramento market. As a Wireless Sales Consultant, you'll engage customers personally, listening to what matters most to them, whether it's reliable coverage, faster speed, or the right device for everyday use. Your ability to provide outstanding customer service and sales support will help build trust that leads to cross-selling opportunities and long-term relationships while showcasing the everyday value of Verizon's network and services. Responsibilities of the
Wireless Sales Consultant:
Connect with customers to present Verizon Wireless services and Fiber solutions designed for dependable communication and connectivity while maintaining strong customer service standards. Recommend Verizon mobile solutions based on customer lifestyles, streaming habits, and everyday communication needs through attentive customer service. Explain the value of Verizon wireless reliability performance using simple, customer-friendly language that supports sales confidence and excellent customer service. Guide customers through Verizon device options, data plans, and service packages to simplify the purchasing experience with professional customer service. Support overall sales performance by creating positive customer interactions that encourage long-term Verizon service participation and dependable customer service. Maintain customer relationships through follow-up communication that strengthens satisfaction, reinforces future sales opportunities, and reflects quality customer service. Qualifications of a
Wireless Sales Consultant:
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Friendly, approachable personality that builds trust in sales interactions. Time management to balance multiple customer requests effectively. Persuasion that encourages confidence in sales decisions. The Wireless Sales Consultant should be motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping customers find the right Verizon solutions. Each Wireless Sales Consultant is expected to contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company standards. Successful Wireless Sales Consultant candidates understand how strong communication and consistent performance create lasting customer relationships.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
