Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation. Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition. How will you succeed? Motivating, coaching, and leading your team members to complete the tasks at hand. Displaying a high-energy personality and a natural ability to start conversations with shoppers. Demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in intercepting customers in a high-traffic environment. Staying hungry to excel in an upcapped commission sales role.
