WMS Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for WMS-related inquiries and provide timely Level 1 support to warehouse personnel. Configure the warehouse management system to meet operational requirements and ensure best practices are followed. Document system issues thoroughly to assist in troubleshooting and continuous improvement of processes. Support new implementations of the WMS by working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.

Requirements:

0-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or IT systems support, contributing to a foundation in the logistics field. Basic understanding of warehouse processes such as receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, ensuring effective day-to-day operations. Completion of any WMS-specific training or certification will be considered a strong asset, enhancing your expertise in this role. Proficient in maintaining documentation to support system configurations and training materials for new users.
