Job Description

Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain the Workday platform, including configuration, updates, and ongoing system optimizationManage core HRIS functions such as HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Recruiting modulesServe as the primary point of contact for Workday support, troubleshooting issues and resolving system-related inquiriesConfigure and maintain business processes, workflows, security roles, and organizational structuresPartner with HR, Finance, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements or improvementsEnsure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all Workday transactions and reportingCreate, maintain, and audit reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday reporting toolsSupport system integrations with third-party applications and vendors (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms)Manage Workday releases and updates, including testing, validation, and communication of new featuresProvide end-user training, documentation, and support to improve adoption and system usageMonitor system performance and recommend process improvements or automation opportunitiesMaintain security administration, including user access, roles, and compliance with company policiesAssist with audits, data governance, and regulatory compliance efforts
