Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable Worker/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be an essential part of various projects, assisting with the execution of construction tasks and ensuring that work sites operate smoothly and efficiently. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while contributing to high-quality building projects. The ideal candidate is energetic, eager to learn, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist with the preparation and cleanup of construction sites, including moving materials and debris Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support carpentry, masonry, roofing, and other trades Support the installation of doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tile, and other fixtures as directed Help with concrete forming, finishing, and masonry work to ensure structural integrity Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and assist skilled tradespeople accordingly Perform general site maintenance such as caulking, plastering, painting, and restoration tasks Support heavy equipment operation under supervision for site excavation or material transport Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members Experience Prior experience working on construction sites or in related manual labor roles is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with construction management software or Bluebeam is a plus Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection processes, or blueprint reading enhances your candidacy Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, or fabrication is advantageous Ability to operate power tools and heavy equipment safely and effectively Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in team environments while adhering to safety standards Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday Join us if you're ready to build your career in construction!
