MacGillis Law Group is a Personal Injury law firm that is looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Elm Grove office to join our First Responder Team. The position's focus is to an Attorney role for our Worker's Compensation and Duty Disability Retirement. This role will work closely with our First Responder Team and will be responsible for drafting, reviewing, and filing correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents on behalf of injured first responders. This Attorney will be solely responsible for hearings and depositions and providing counsel to our clients to help keep them informed of the process. This position requires the Attorney to advocate for our first responder clients by understanding their needs and effectively analyzing the situation to develop key strategies to help their case. We are looking for an individual who is in good standing with the State Bar and able to practice law in Wisconsin. We prefer someone who also has 2 or more years in the Worker's Compensation area of law. The position requires one to work both independently and within a team environment.
