Job Description

Solimon | Rodgers, P.C. seeks an experienced Workers' Compensation Hearing Representative to join our team and support our high-volume caseload. In this role, you will play a vital part in assisting our attorneys, clients, and staff in ensuring that every case is handled with the utmost care and precision. You'll be immersed in a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued, and your growth is encouraged.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in workers' compensation law Comfortable attending hearings and negotiating settlements Ability to work in a fast-paced legal environment and multi-task Strong organization and detail-oriented Ability to handle heavy phone volume Teamwork-oriented and also works well independently Strong communication skills Bilingual (Spanish is preferred but not needed)
Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in managing workers' compensation cases from inception through settlement Attend hearings (MSCs, status conferences, priority conferences, expedited hearings, etc) Settlements (You will receive a bonus off of each case you settle) Prepare necessary legal documents and maintain case files including claims, motions, and pleadings Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date Communicate with clients to gather information, answer inquiries, and provide case updates If you're ready to embark on a fulfilling career path and make a positive impact within the legal field, we would love to hear from you!
