Job Description
Description We are looking for an experienced and service-driven Workplace Experience Ambassador to support daily workplace operations. This is a contract position for someone who enjoys creating an organized, welcoming environment while assisting employees, guests, and event activities throughout the site. The ideal candidate brings a hospitality-focused mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle front-of-house support along with light facility and room setup tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome employees, visitors, and vendors while delivering attentive, responsive service at the front of house.
- Guide incoming requests to the appropriate contacts and help resolve day-to-day workplace questions efficiently.
- Prepare meeting rooms and event spaces by arranging furniture, signage, and equipment to meet scheduled needs.
- Assist with workplace event support, including room resets and light movement of chairs, desks, and related items with support for heavier tasks.
- Maintain accurate scheduling details for conference rooms, space reservations, and event activities using designated tools.
- Monitor shared areas to help ensure spaces remain orderly, functional, and ready for daily use.
- Partner with facilities and workplace teams on additional site support tasks as business needs arise.
- Arrive early enough to help prepare the workplace before employees begin their day, ensuring spaces are ready for occupancy. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, reception, concierge, or a related customer-facing environment preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Comfortable supporting event setup and performing light physical tasks, including moving furniture up to 25 pounds.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities throughout the day.
- Proficiency with computers and common workplace platforms for scheduling, communication, and daily task management.
- Dependable, self-directed, and able to work collaboratively as a positive representative of the workplace team.
