Overview About Turn5 Turn5 operates some of the industry's leading automotive e-commerce brands — including AmericanMuscle.com, AmericanTrucks.com, and ExtremeTerrain.com — and continues to expand following our acquisition of Eckler's, a pioneer in classic car restoration for over 60 years. Our mission is to create exceptional experiences for enthusiasts at every stage of their journey, whether they're restoring a classic car or upgrading a modern build. We're looking for someone to take ownership of our in-house café bar—preparing daily coffee drinks for the team—while also helping support the day-to-day needs of our office to ensure our workspace stays organized, stocked, and ready for our team. You'll report to the Office Manager and will work closely with the onsite Facilities team to support day-to-day office needs and onboarding activities. Part-Time, Onsite

  • 2:00 PM Occasional additional hours with advance notice What You'll Do This role plays a key part in the daily experience of our team—from preparing coffee drinks in our in-house café bar each morning to making sure new hires feel welcomed on day one to supporting the small details that help the office feel ready and taken care of each day.
Prepare and serve daily coffee beverages for the office using in-house equipment, helping create a consistent and welcoming start to the day for the team Prepare and reset employee workspaces, including cleaning out desks and setting up new hire desks Support new hire onboarding by preparing welcome kits and activating employee badges Manage office, kitchen, and first aid inventory—including monitoring levels and placing supply orders Maintain conference rooms by ensuring they are stocked, clean, and ready for use Organize and maintain back office supply/storage areas Manage inventory of beverages and other shared office items Process and organize incoming mail, including digital distribution as needed Support general office upkeep and assist with ad hoc projects as needed What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working independently and managing recurring tasks Proactive and able to notice gaps and take action without being asked Able to handle a mix of routine work and changing priorities Comfortable with hands-on tasks and moving throughout the office Strong sense of ownership over work and environment Comfortable handling beverage preparation and willing to obtain a Retail Food Facility License (company-sponsored)
