Job Description

Role Overview:
FBC Surfside is seeking a full-time Worship Pastor to lead and cultivate a vibrant culture both in our Sunday gatherings and throughout the life of the church. Our church currently offers two blended worship services each Sunday morning, led by a praise team with choir support. The Worship Pastor will provide leadership and oversight for all worship-related ministries, including the praise team, choir, and media team, helping create a unified and Christ-centered worship experience. In addition to worship leadership, this role includes pastoral responsibilities such as discipleship, outreach, and other ministry duties as needed.
Qualifications:
  • A growing and mature relationship with Jesus Christ.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Experience in worship ministry preferred.
  • Master's degree and ministry experience preferred.
Compensation:
Salary Range:
$50,000
  • 65,000
  • Appropriate with experience and qualifications.
