Sample Responsibilities Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, including forklifts and hand tools. Engage in daily farming operations, ensuring adherence to agricultural best practices. Assist with irrigation and crop management to promote optimal crop growth. Perform equipment repairs and maintenance, utilizing mechanical knowledge and welding skills. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with team members to achieve farming goals efficiently.
