$25 to $45 per hour depending on experience About the Role HC Solutions Group is partnering with a leading outpatient orthopedic clinic in Rockwall to recruit a full time Radiologic Technologist. This is a day shift role in a patient focused, low ratio outpatient environment where technologists can deliver high quality imaging with strong work life balance. The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic imaging procedures for orthopedic patients while ensuring accuracy, safety, and an exceptional patient experience. Schedule Full Time Day Shift Monday through Friday 7:45am to 4:45pm Outpatient orthopedic clinic setting Responsibilities Perform high quality diagnostic X-ray procedures according to physician orders and established protocols Maintain imaging quality, accuracy, and efficiency in a clinic setting Demonstrate understanding of radiation safety, dose monitoring, and patient protection practices Utilize AIDET communication principles to ensure a positive patient experience Prepare patients and imaging areas by positioning patients and adjusting equipment settings Follow infection control, radiation safety, and sterile technique guidelines when applicable Maintain imaging equipment and ensure proper functionality Report equipment or workflow issues and assist with supply inventory Screen patients and verify documentation including history, requisitions, and consent forms Maintain accurate imaging records in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards Work closely with providers and clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow Assist in training new team members as needed Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program Minimum of 1 year of Radiologic Technologist experience required Orthopedic imaging experience preferred ARRT certification in Radiography (ARRT-R) required Strong understanding of musculoskeletal imaging preferred Ability to work independently in a fast paced outpatient environment Strong communication and patient care skills Pay and Benefits Pay range: $25 to $45 per hour depending on experience Immediate eligibility for health and welfare benefits 401(k) with dollar for dollar match up to 5 percent Tuition reimbursement PTO accrual beginning day 1 Permanent, full time position with long term stability Why Join Consistent weekday schedule with no nights or weekends Outpatient orthopedic setting with 1:1 patient focus Predictable workflow with one X-ray unit Strong team environment and supportive leadership Excellent work life balance and clinic-based pace Why Apply Through HC Solutions Group Direct access to hiring managers Fast and efficient hiring process Recruiter advocacy throughout the entire process Access to multiple permanent healthcare opportunities Over 30 years of placement experience Full time, permanent positions only Apply today to learn more!
