Job Description

Category Imaging - X-ray Job Type Contract Take the next step in your imaging career and make an impact as an experienced X-ray Technologist. This 13-week assignment requires skilled radiology professionals to provide top-tier care and expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting. Your proficiency with state-of-the-art equipment and specialized procedures will help ensure diagnostic excellence for every patient.
Schedule:
3x12 hour shifts Weekend nights: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:30pm-6:30am
Key Qualifications:
Current BLS certification ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) credentialing Valid Oregon radiologic technologist license (OBMI) Proficiency operating Siemens, Carestream, and GE imaging equipment Experience with fluoroscopy and surgical imaging cases
Core Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality X-ray examinations, ensuring adherence to patient safety protocols and accurate diagnostic results Assist during fluoroscopy and surgical procedures, demonstrating expertise in mobile and stationary radiographic techniques Operate and maintain diagnostic imaging equipment, promptly addressing troubleshooting and safety checks Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and physicians to ensure timely and thorough completion of ordered procedures Accurately document imaging processes and results in accordance with facility standards and regulatory requirements Provide compassionate, respectful care to patients from diverse backgrounds and conditions This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to broaden your clinical skills in radiographic imaging while working with cutting-edge technology and a supportive team.
