We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Yard Hand to help keep our waste and recycling operation running safely and efficiently. If you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be part of a team that keeps the community clean, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

Keep the yard, shop, and tipping floors clean, organized, and safe Load and unload trucks, bins, and materials Wash, assemble, and repair trash and recycling carts Replace wheels, lids, and other cart components Assist with inventory and yard organization Follow all safety, EPA, OSHA, and disposal regulations Help on trash routes as needed, including riding on the back of the truck and dumping trash barrels into the crusher Work outdoors in all weather conditions

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and perform physical labor throughout the shift Comfortable working outside in heat, cold, rain, and other weather conditions Team player with a safety-first mindset Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
