Yard Hand

Overview Join our hard working team as a Yard/Shop Hand and become a vital part of maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient facility. In this role, you'll assist with helping customers load material, cleaning, light truck and general yard maintenance to ensure our facility remains safe, professional, and welcoming. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help support daily operations and contribute to a positive environment for both team members and visitors. Duties Perform vehicle washings, and light cleaning. Use equipment like forklift and skidsteer to move material, load customers, and maintain the facility. Assist with gravel pit operations when needed Support yard organization by moving equipment, materials, and vehicles safely around the premises. Maintain cleanliness of the work area by adhering to janitorial standards and safety protocols. Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors with vehicle needs or directions when required. Operate company vehicles or equipment responsibly when needed for yard tasks or errands. Requirements Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning tools or equipment safely. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience driving company or personal vehicles is a plus. Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship in vehicle cleaning and yard maintenance. Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude to provide top-tier customer service.

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
