Job Description

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Yard & Warehouse Associate to join our team. This full-time position supports warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and organized handling of materials. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with forklift operation.
Responsibilities:
Receive, check in, and stage products for installers and subcontractors. Report product or equipment damage and coordinate with purchasing as needed. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure warehouse cleanliness. Operate forklifts safely and maintain inspection logs in compliance with Powered Industrial Truck guidelines. Transfer equipment and materials between facilities as requested. Organize and maintain pallet storage areas. Report facility or equipment issues to the Operations Manager. Assist with the needs of the Putnam facility and operations, including supporting special projects as required.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Previous warehouse, yard, or material handling experience preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. DOT Medical Card required. Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained). Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
