• Exempt Braen Supply, the premiere landscape, masonry, and hardware building supplier in the greater tri-state area, is currently seeking a hardworking Yard Worker who is able to work at between all of our locations (Haledon, Randolph & Wanaque). This position may be subjected to seasonal layoffs. This is considered a safety
• sensitive position subjected to the Company's Controlled Substance and Alcohol Policy.

We are a safety minded company and expect the successful candidate to be as well. This position is hourly, non-exempt from overtime. Overtime is paid after 40 hours are worked each week. Hours of work are will vary. Expectations/ Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to: Safely operate a forklift and/or bucket loader Provide friendly customer service Accurately utilized a tape measure Correctly and safely load customer's order Unload/sort incoming inventory Accurately compile products for delivery Assist with yard maintenance/cleaning i.e. sweeping, shoveling, general labor duties Be able to lift up to 100 lbs unassisted Experience with masonry, landscape and hardware products is preferred but not required Other duties will be added once candidate becomes familiar with the operations of the business

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position Hours of work are generally 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 1:00pm on Saturdays. Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time Periodical exposure to high levels of noise, grease and dust

Physical Demands:

Perform all job-related functions in all weather conditions Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time Repetitive stooping, bending, crouching, lifting as required to perform duties Ability to lift/carry at least 100 pounds unaccompanied Candidate must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Travel:

Position will require work to be performed in all current and future Braen Supply locations (Haledon, NJ, Randolph, NJ & Wanaque, NJ) based on scheduling demands
