Pay:

$16.00-$18.00 per hour (based on experience) Piergallini Trucking LLC is looking for a dependable, motivated Yard Worker to help keep our equipment yards running smoothly. This full‑time position is ideal for someone who takes pride in staying organized, working outdoors, and keeping equipment ready for customers. Job Responsibilities Prepare equipment for rental (cleaning, fueling, staging) Clean and maintain equipment as it returns Keep the yard organized, safe, and presentable Assist with loading and unloading equipment Perform basic inspections and report issues Paint equipment and trailers as needed Support general yard and shop tasks Requirements Valid driver's license Good driving record Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to work outdoors in all weather Comfortable with physical labor Strong work ethic and attention to detail Basic mechanical knowledge is a plus What We Offer Full‑time, steady hours Competitive pay based on experience 401K Health insurance (no vision or dental) Paid vacation days after 90 days Supportive team environment Opportunities to grow within the company If you're hardworking, reliable, and ready to join a solid team, apply today or stop by one of our shop locations for more information.
