Overview:

Poly-West, Inc., located in Henderson, NV, is currently seeking a Yard Driver to join our Shipping/Receiving department. Poly-West produces several lines of plastic products including high quality trash bags and construction films. Poly-West is part of an established nationwide manufacturing company that can provide growth and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess: At least one year of experience driving commercial trucks or yard mules. The ability to handle trailers in tight spaces regardless of lighting conditions. The ability to work a night shift or a day shift as assigned by management. The aptitude and desire necessary to be a good student of Poly-West processes, equipment, and procedures. Responsibilities:

Yard Drivers at Poly-West are responsible for relocating, docking, and transporting 48' and 53' trailers within our manufacturing facility. They must be able to keep up with a fast paced production environment while accurately recording information to ensure on-time shipment of goods. This position also uses propane, sit-down forklifts to help load and unload trailers. The role may involve additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management.
