Duties Lead safe, effective aerial yoga classes by demonstrating proper techniques and body mechanics to ensure participant safety and maximize benefits Design and adapt program routines that incorporate elements of yoga to cater to diverse skill levels and goals Educate participants on physiology, anatomy, and the benefits of aerial yoga to deepen their understanding and commitment to practice Provide personalized guidance during classes, offering modifications for different abilities while maintaining an energetic and encouraging atmosphere Promote group fitness engagement by fostering a supportive community environment that motivates members to achieve their wellness objectives Requirements Proven experience teaching aerial yoga with a focus on body mechanics and anatomy knowledge Certification in aerial yoga instruction with specialized training in aerial or hammock-based practices preferred Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and how they relate to movement and injury prevention in fitness settings Excellent teaching skills with the ability to motivate diverse groups while maintaining safety standards Knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote class participation and membership growth Passion for health and wellness with a background in sports coaching or gym-based training environments is highly desirable Join us as a Yoga Instructor Aerial and be part of a vibrant community dedicated to elevating wellness through innovative movement experiences.
