OVERVIEW

TIME COMMITMENT

From 5-hrs. to 20-hrs. a week (your call)

EARN:

From $600 up to $2,400 a month (approx. $30-$35 per hr.) Current upcoming season: mid-March - end of May

PRACTICE

90-min practice twice a week.

GAMES:

Two 50-minute games on either Saturday or Sunday.

COACHING

Grade School with opportunity to advance to High School level

TRAINER:

Become as a skilled trainer

LOCATION

Western Suburbs near Rt 294 & I-55

SUPPORT:

All coaches & trainers are fully supported.

Opportunity to enroll in 401K (Retirement) Responsibilities Plan and conduct age-appropriate basketball practices that focus on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship Lead game-day coaching during youth basketball games, ensuring fair play and positive reinforcement Provide instruction on fundamental basketball techniques, rules, and strategies Foster teamwork, leadership, and confidence among young athletes Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding player progress and team events Promote health and safety protocols during practices and games Experience Prior experience in sports coaching, physical education teaching, or childcare is preferred Background in basketball is advantageous Experience working with children or students in educational or recreational settings Skills in behavior management to handle diverse group dynamics effectively Demonstrated ability to motivate youth and foster a positive sporting environment This position is ideal for individuals passionate about youth development through sports and committed to creating an engaging and supportive atmosphere for young athletes.

Pay:

$30.00 - $35.00 per hour
