Job Description

Night Shift:
7 Nights On, 7 Nights Off
  • 9 PM
  • 7 AM
  • Average of 70 hours bi-weekly
Day Shift:
3 or 4
  • 15 hour shifts from 6:00 AM
  • 9:00 PM
  • Full Benefits after 60 Days We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Youth Care Workers.
Responsibilities:
Provide supervision, guidance, and support to youth Maintain a safe, structured, and positive environment Assist with daily routines, life skills, and activities Complete documentation and incident reports Support youth through behavioral and emotional challenges Follow agency policies, procedures, and state regulations
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or HiSet 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license Ability to pass background screening Ability to pass drug screen
