Youth Case Manager

Duties Develop individualized case plans tailored to each youth's unique needs, strengths, and goals. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to understand clients' backgrounds, challenges, and aspirations. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to encourage positive behavioral change and self-motivation. Coordinate with law enforcement, social services, educational institutions, and community organizations to connect youth with essential resources. Manage crisis situations effectively through crisis management strategies, ensuring safety and stability for clients. Document all interactions, progress notes, and case activities accurately through detailed report writing. Provide ongoing support by monitoring progress, adjusting plans as needed, and advocating for youth within various systems. Requirements Proven experience in case management or social work with youth populations. Strong skills in interviewing, active listening, and motivational interviewing techniques. Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and crisis management protocols. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. Excellent report writing skills with attention to detail and clarity. Background in social work or related fields is highly preferred. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment. Pay:

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
