Residential Youth Counselor•4-Day Work Week |
Rumney, NH Pay:
Up to $19/hour
Schedule:
Sunday•Wednesday or Wednesday-Saturday (4 consecutive days, 3 days off every week!)

Free meals, gym access, outdoor gear, adventure outings About the Role Mount Prospect Academy (MPA) is seeking compassionate Residential Youth Counselors to mentor and support adolescents in a therapeutic residential setting. You'll play a vital role in helping youth build coping skills, social skills, and confidence for a brighter future.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and mentor youth, model positive behaviors, and manage crises. Facilitate daily routines, recreational activities, and life skills training. Support individualized treatment plans and document progress. Build trusting relationships and provide emotional stability during challenging moments. Qualifications Associate or Bachelor's degree OR 60 college credits OR 2 years of experience working with youth OR 7 years of parenting experience.
