Youth Enrichment Coach

Our programs combine athletic movement, leadership development, teamwork, wellness, enrichment activities, and mentorship to help kids reach their highest potential both on and off the field. Responsibilities Help lead and supervise youth programs, camps, and performance sessions Create a positive, structured, and encouraging environment for children Support athletic, movement-based, wellness, and enrichment activities Encourage teamwork, confidence, leadership, and healthy habits Assist with setup, organization, transitions, and daily operations Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and participants Help maintain a safe, organized, and high-energy environment Serve as a positive role model and mentor for youth participants

IDEAL QUALITIES/SKILLS

•Positive, dependable, and emotionally intelligent•Passionate about working with children and youth development Strong communicators with leadership qualities Calm under pressure and able to handle group environments Organized, coachable, and team-oriented Athletic, active, or experienced in coaching, camps, mentoring, teaching, or childcare preferred CPR/First Aid certification is a plus (not required) Part-time opportunity with room for growth as programs expands.
