QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma Possess the professional and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with athletes, coaches, school personnel and the community. Experience/Background in athletics

REPORTS TO

Elementary/Middle School Athletic Director

JOB GOAL

To provide organized youth football opportunities for Campbell County School District youth.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop, print, copy and distribute registration and liability release forms Collect registration and liability release forms from individual schools Organize students onto teams in various divisions (grades 1-6) Schedule gym/field time at respective schools within the district Develop both practice and game schedules Hire and pay referees to work the games Hold a training session for referees to develop a quality referee staff Order uniforms and other equipment as necessary Regularly check in with gym and field supervisors for communicating concerns, etc. Act as the liaison between the league and the school district Other duties that develop and are not listed (i.e. phone calls, parent contact, fundraising, etc.)
