Now, we are looking for Youth Mentor Specialists who want to make a real difference in the lives of kids who need consistency, support, and hope.

What You'll Do :

You will supervise and engage with youth through daily routines, recreational activities, and life skill development. Youi'll serve as a positive role model, providing structure, encouragement, and care that helps each young person grow physically, emotionally, socially and spiritually. Our youth are between the ages of 12 and 21 years old, many with dual diagnoses and a history of trauma. They deserve adults who belive in them and who show them what stability and compassion can look like.

Shifts Available :

Day shift: 7am

• 7pm

Night Shift:

7pm

• 7am Pay is $17 per hour with a $2 differential on weekends

High School Diploma or GED

• required At least 2 years working with children ( must be listed on your resume
• required Clean Background check
• required Must be at least 21 years of age
