The ideal candidate will have experience as a Youth Group Minister and a strong commitment to fostering a welcoming and engaging environment for young people. Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and lead weekly youth group meetings, activities, and events. Develop and implement programs that encourage spiritual growth and community involvement among youth. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to youth members and their families. Collaborate with church leadership and volunteers to coordinate youth ministry efforts. Facilitate youth participation in church services, outreach, and mission projects. Qualifications Proven experience as a Youth Group Minister or similar role. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to inspire and connect with youth from diverse backgrounds. Relevant education or training in ministry, theology, or youth counseling is a plus.
