This is an exciting opportunity to develop young athletes, build competitive teams, and be part of a positive, high-energy coaching environment. We are looking for coaches who are committed to player development, teamwork, and creating a structured and disciplined training atmosphere while still making the sport fun and engaging.

Pay:

$22.00 - $32.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have a flexible schedule that allows you to travel and work most weekends during the volleyball season (November-June)? Are you open to ongoing coach development, training sessions, and evaluations throughout the season? This role requires following club policies, practice plans, and communication standards. Are you comfortable working within a structured system rather than independently? Why do you want to coach youth volleyball? Do you agree to maintain professional communication with players, parents, and staff at all times? Are you willing to collaborate with other coaches and support club-wide decisions, even if they differ from your personal opinion? Do you have prior volleyball coaching experience? Have you coached at the club or high school level? Describe your volleyball playing background (teams, level, years) What positions have you played or coached? Have you planned and led full team practices independently? Do you regularly provide constructive feedback to help athletes improve?
