Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Security Engineer to design, implement, and manage secure access solutions across our enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Zscaler platforms, strong network security fundamentals, and a proactive approach to optimizing secure connectivity and protecting organizational assets. Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future In this role, you will: Design, implement, and maintain Zscaler security solutions, ensuring optimal performance and seamless integration with enterprise systems. Develop, configure, and troubleshoot Zscaler security and access policies to enforce organizational security standards. Create, maintain, and optimize PAC (Proxy Auto-Configuration) files to enable secure and efficient internet traffic routing. Configure and manage application profiles and forwarding profiles to support business applications and ensure secure access. Collaborate with IT and cybersecurity teams to resolve incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures. Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements to enhance security posture. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in Zscaler technologies and network security best practices. What you need to be considered: Proven experience in deploying and managing Zscaler solutions within a large enterprise environment.

Strong understanding of:

Zscaler configurations and policy management PAC files Application and forwarding profiles Solid knowledge of network security concepts, protocols, and troubleshooting techniques. Experience working with cloud security architectures and secure web gateway solutions. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities, with experience working in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

May 22, 2026 Salary & Other Compensation The salary for this position is between $114,500 - $134,000 USD, depending on experience and other qualifications. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program.
