Overview

  • The David E. Lumley Young Scientist Scholarship offers financial aid to high school seniors and undergraduate students who intend to pursue a career in energy and environmental science. To be eligible, students must be the first author of a paper on energy or environmental science research that will be presented at AGU’s Fall Meeting.

Eligibility

  • Resident of the U.S.
  • High school senior or undergraduate student
  • Seeking an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Studying energy or environmental science
  • Planning to pursue a career in energy and environmental science
  • Present research paper on energy or environmental science at AGU's fall meeting
