Overview
- The Joshua Tyler, MD Scholarship for Excellence in Leadership and Service is awarded to students who are U.S. Armed Service veterans, children of active military personnel, or members of the ROTC. Special consideration is given to students who are veterans and student leaders or those who demonstrate a strong dedication to service. Recipients are selected based on their academic excellence.
Eligibility
- U.S. Armed Service veteran or active duty member, their child, or member of ROTC
- Minimum 3.20 GPA
- Resident of the U.S.
- Attending Florida State University
- Undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral student
- Seeking a bachelor's, graduate degree, or Ph.D
- Full-time student
- Preference will be given to a student who is a veteran and a student leader or to a student who demonstrates a strong dedication to service.
