Overview

  • The Women's Health Advocacy Scholarship is available to members of the Latino Medical Student Association-Northeast (LMSA-NE) who have developed projects aimed at enhancing women's healthcare through advocacy, research, education, and community service. Students seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree are eligible to apply.

Eligibility

  • Member of Latino Medical Student Association
  • Resident of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Vermont
  • Undergraduate or graduate student
  • Seeking a bachelor's or graduate degree
  • Studying health science and completed a project aimed at enhancing women's healthcare through advocacy, research, education, and community service
  • Attend school in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, or Vermont
  • Hispanic or Latino
